Nishad Khan, Esq. Becomes Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law
Orlando, Fla. – July 26, 2019 – Michelle Hinden, Esq., B.C.S., Managing Attorney at Nishad Khan P.L., has been appointed to Vice Chair of the Real Estate Certification Committee with the Florida Bar Association.
Florida Bar President-Elect John M. Stewart offered the appointment to Attorney Hinden on April 23, 2019. The position runs from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. President-Elect Stewart remarked on the dedication Attorney Hinden has shown to committee work and expressed his confidence in her leadership skills to drive the committee to reach their many goals.
Attorney Hinden brings several years of experience practicing real estate law in Florida to this illustrious position. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in March 2009 and enjoys an unblemished record. Attorney Hinden earned her Florida Real Estate board certification in 2016, demonstrating her notable qualifications and her dedication to this practice area.
Now, as a Vice Chair, she will play an integral role in the committee’s work certifying other Florida attorneys for this challenging practice area. Board-certified lawyers must meet minimum educational standards to help ensure they are able to provide the exacting representation required in real estate law. These standards involve educational courses, seminars, workshops, and lectures. Many applicants have also achieved publication – through articles, online content, and books.

A maximum of four fellows are selected each year and serve a two-year term. The Fellowship Program seeks individuals who are interested in becoming active in the work of the RPPTL section.
The RPPTL Section has almost 11,000 members with over 50 active committees and an Executive Council with more than 225 active members.
