Michelle is a Senior Associate Attorney at Nishad Khan P.L. who focuses on residential and commercial real estate matters. Michelle attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She then attended law school at Florida Coastal School of Law.

While in law school, Michelle was the recipient of the Advanced Legal Research, Writing and Drafting Certificate, which focused on legal analysis, research, oral advocacy and the writing skills needed for success in the practice of law. She was also the recipient of the Founder’s Award for her significant contributions to the ideals and objectives of Florida Coastal School of Law. She participated in various pro-bono activities, which earned her a Pro Bono Honor Cord for her service to the Jacksonville community. Michelle was also a member of her law school’s Animal Law Society Moot Court Team, which ranked in the 2008 National Animal Advocacy Appellate Moot Court Competition at Harvard Law School.

Since becoming an attorney, Michelle has worked in the real estate field by handling simple to complex real estate transactions. Michelle is licensed to practice law in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. She is also a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and she is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law.

During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and spending time outdoors.
