Orlando, FL (July 2, 2019) – Nishad Khan, P.L. is pleased to announce that Ms. Michelle Hinden, esq. has been named a fellow of the Real Property and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of the Florida Bar. A maximum of four fellows are selected each year and serve a two-year term. The Fellowship Program seeks individuals who are interested in becoming active in the work of the RPPTL section.

The RPPTL Section has almost 11,000 members with over 50 active committees and an Executive Council with more than 225 active members. Per the Section’s 2018-2019 Annual Report on the Florida Bar website, RPPTL aspires to: “1) further the knowledge and practice of our members; 2) inculcate our members on the principals of duty and service to the public; and 3) improve the administration of justice and advance jurisprudence in our fields of practice.”

Ms. Hinden focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate matters, real estate closings and business law. She is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law, and she currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Florida Bar Real Estate Certification Committee.
