Charles Nix, Esq.
Charles is a senior associate transactional attorney at Nishad Khan P.L.
Mr. Nix concentrates his practice on the representation of a wide variety of companies and individuals in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Clients have included developers, private and institutional lenders, borrowers, contractors and property owners and investors. As an important part of this work, Mr. Nix assists clients with various due diligence investigations, acts as a closing, escrow and title agent and drafts and reviews transactional documents, loan packages, matters affecting title and complex lease agreements. Additionally, he has significant experience in contract and corporate law, with a focus on small business representation and entity formation.
Mr. Nix graduated from Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, Florida and thereafter attended the University of Florida, graduating with honors. He received a J.D./M.B.A. dual degree from Stetson College of Law and Stetson University School of Business Administration, respectively. Mr. Nix has held memberships with NAIOP, ICSC and GOBA, obtained a real estate sales associate license in the State of Florida and was a project manager for Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 homebuilder.
